Vettes for Vets II Car Show and Fundraiser - CANCELED

05/25/2024: the show has been canceled due to lack of sponsorship funds.  There is no alternate date.  This page will remain until October 27, 2024 and then will be removed.

This page has been updated on 07/18/2024 and there will be no more revisions.
 
Since we had to reschedule the show last year on August 1, 2023 from the original date of October 21, 2023, because the host location wasn't open due to construction delays, the show was moved to October 26th, 2024.
 
We lost all 5 bands that were scheduled to play as the future date didn't align with their schedules.
 
With the bands no longer playing, we didn't need the $10,000.00 sponsorship for the 1 day stage rental - but we needed one more sponsorship to cover the rest of the cost of the show.
 
Since we were not able to get enough sponsors to cover the costs of the show (tried for over a year), the show was not able to go on.

Vettes for Vets II - Car Show and Fundraiser open to ALL Makes and Models, Clubs, Motorcycles, Resto-Mods, Classic Cars and Trucks, Hot Rods and People, benefiting the Veterans Relief Fund at VFW Post 4225.

 

Thank you so much for your interest in sponsoring our Vettes for Vets II charity car show!  All proceeds go to support our local VFW Post 4225 and we appreciate your support of our veterans!  Let's have a great time for a great cause!

 

Here are the sponsorship opportunities:

 

Show Support

$100.00 - Covers the trophies to be re-branded, Vettes for Vets II was originally set for October 26, 2019.

$1,000.00 - Covers the Osceola County Permit and Insurance Policy.  This must be paid and sponsored first so the show can be approved!

$1,666.25 - Portable Potties - 8 Portable Pottie stations, 2 hand wash stations and 1 ADA Portable Pottie station, provided by Orlando Portable Potties.

$1,000.00 - Marketing: Online campaign, Mike Kelly's Cruise News, show flyers, show car registration and sponsor page provided at the show.

$5,000.00 - Covers the costs of all 5 bands scheduled to perform at the show.

$10,000.00 - Covers the 1 day rental for the stage for the bands to perform (AXIS Production, photos of the stage below).  If we get 10 separate sponsors at $1,000 each to sponsor the stage, then all of the sponsors will have their logo on the stage.

Note: Any funds left over and not spent on the show will be the starting pot for the 50/50 fundraiser.  50% to the winner and 50% to the VFW

 

Total Show Cost: $3,766.25

 

Welding by Law: $1,500.00

Stingray Painting: $1,000

 

Remaining: $1,266.25 (Need one more sponsor to cover this part)

This is the stage for the 5 bands schedule to play that we are set to be using and this shall give our main sponsor a better idea of the layout.  Our primary sponsor will have their logo printed on the canvas in this style, form and/or fashion.
